Partnership for Prescription Assistance

Prevacid Patient Assistance Program
The Prevacid Patient Assistance Program provides Prevacid at no charge to low-income patients who have no means of paying for Prevacid. If qualified, patients can receive up to a twelve-month supply of Prevacid free of charge. All doses are shipped to the prescribing physician.
